During the school year we have a family service on the first and third Sunday of each month at 9:30. This is a short interactive service for children of all ages. Children don’t need to be readers to participate, the readings and reflection are kid friendly, there is movement and simple songs.

There are a few times during the year that the service doesn’t take place, please sign up for our newsletter for more information or call the office to  verify.

We feel it is important for children to participate and interact with people of all ages, so the other Sundays we encourage families to participate in the regular service. There is a special bulletin for children with puzzles and a picture to color based on the weekly scripture.

Children are invited to come up front to listen to the Gospel and then head out for a simple activity based upon what they heard and then they return to their parents at the peace. It is hard for kids to see around the tall people in the church so they are invited to stand around the table during the Eucharistic prayer.

Please email Michelle at education@saintpaulsbrighton.org  for more information.
